Liquiditas

Solutions

Pay suppliers early. Keep the terms you need.

Liquiditas provides the platform companies use to run supplier early-payment programmes. You approve invoices and set the rules; a participating financial partner — or your own liquidity — pays the supplier early. You settle on the agreed date.

Longer terms for you. Early cash for your suppliers.

An SCF programme lets a buyer extend payment terms on approved invoices without pushing the cost onto the supply base. You approve invoices as usual and agree the terms; your suppliers can then request early payment on those invoices. Suppliers get paid before the due date, and you settle on the newly agreed date.

Nothing is forced on the supplier side. Early payment is optional, invoice by invoice, and can be taken in full or in part. Working capital moves in your favour: longer terms on your side, immediate cash on theirs, and the cost of the longer term does not land on the supplier.

What the programme changes

  • Longer payment terms on approved invoices.
  • Suppliers paid early by the participating financial partner.
  • Early payment stays optional: invoice by invoice, full or partial.
  • One platform for approvals, requests and reporting.

Three parties. One workflow.

You approve invoices, the funding party pays the supplier early, and the supplier receives the money before the due date. Liquiditas runs the platform underneath.

Two ways to fund the early payment.

Same platform, same workflow. The difference is whose money pays the supplier early.

Route 01

Participating financial partners

A bank or another financial institution in the programme funds the early payment against your credit standing. Your terms can extend without the money coming out of your own balance sheet, and the credit decision sits with the financial partner.

  • Funding and credit policy with the financial partner.
  • Your approvals and programme rules still apply.

Route 02

Your own liquidity: Dynamic Discounting

You offer to pay approved invoices early at a discount you set. No financier, no credit assessment, no third-party funding: the arrangement runs between you and your suppliers, and the discount is the return on the cash you deploy.

What stays with you.

The platform applies your rules. It does not set them.

With your team

  • Invoice approvals and the payment structure.
  • Supplier eligibility and programme rules.
  • Your supplier relationships and how they are managed.

With the platform

  • Configures products, limits, rules and pricing.
  • Applies those rules to every invoice and request.
  • Runs supplier onboarding and early-payment workflows.
  • Records permissions, approvals and programme activity.
  • Reports on the programme and connects your ERP.

Who it is for.

  • Finance, treasury and procurement teams at companies with a large supplier base.
  • Buyers that want longer terms without pressing suppliers on cash.
  • Companies with a bank relationship that can fund the programme, or surplus liquidity of their own.
  • Groups whose suppliers sit across several ERPs and entities.

And what it is not

Liquiditas is not a lender. It does not provide funding, take credit decisions or make payments. On a funded programme both sit with the participating financial partner; with Dynamic Discounting, the funding is yours and the decision is yours. Liquiditas supplies the platform that runs the programme.
